1Who we are

MuDivine is a free private MU Online server run by the MuDivine Team. We have no connection with Webzen Inc., owner of the MU Online brand.

2Your account

• Your account is personal. You are responsible for everything that happens on it, so never share your login or password.
• The staff will never ask for your password, in game or on Discord.
• You must be at least 13 years old. Players under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian, especially to donate.

3Account and country

• To create an account we only ask for a login, password and email. No ID document is needed.
• Players who live outside Brazil tick that option at signup and choose the country where they live. It appears as a flag next to your character.

4What is not allowed

• Using third-party programs that change the game: hacks, speed tools, macros or external bots.
• Exploiting bugs. Found one? Report it through a Discord ticket and do not use it.
• Duplicating items or zen, or benefiting from duplication.
• Buying or selling items, characters or accounts for real money outside MuDivine's official channels.
• Insulting, discriminating against, threatening or harassing players or staff; scamming; pretending to be staff.
• Using offensive character or guild names.

5Penalties

Depending on how serious it is: a warning, chat mute, suspension or permanent ban. Items, zen and points obtained irregularly are removed. If you disagree with a penalty, open a Discord ticket and the staff will review the case.

6In-game items and currency

DivinePoints, items, zen and characters are game content: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money with MuDivine. You receive the right to use them inside the server. Stats and systems may be adjusted to keep the game balanced.

7How the server runs

The server may stop for maintenance, updates or failures beyond our control. We may change systems, rates and events. Big changes, such as a server restart, are announced in advance on Discord.

8Donations

Donations are voluntary and help keep the realm online. Refund rules are in the Refund Policy.

9Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page and announced on Discord. Continuing to play after the announcement means you accept the new version.
