1Who looks after your data

The MuDivine Team decides how MuDivine's data is used. For any privacy matter, open a ticket on our Discord.

2What data we keep

• Account: login, password and email.
• Game: characters, items, guild, rankings and your DivinePoints and donation history.
• Access: IP address, date and time you access the site and the game, and your browser type.
• Discord: your user ID and name, if you link your account through the Divinus bot.
• Payments: handled by the payment company. We never receive or store card numbers.
• Country: the country where you live (Brazil by default), shown as a flag next to your character.

3What we use it for

• Creating and keeping your account and running the game.
• Building rankings and profiles.
• Protecting the server: stopping fraud, cheating and account theft, and applying penalties.
• Answering your support requests and announcing important changes.
• Limiting how many accounts are created per connection.
• Blocking sign-ups made by bots with Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes browser signals under Google's privacy policy.

4What is public

Character name, class, level, resets, guild, location and equipped items appear in rankings and on profiles. You can hide location, items and stats in My account › Privacy. Login, email and IP are never shown to other players. Your country flag may appear next to your character.

5Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. It only passes through those who help MuDivine run: the site and server hosting, Discord (if you use it) and the payment company. We may also hand it to authorities when the law requires.

6Cookies

The site only uses what it needs: the session cookie that keeps you logged in, and your language and animation preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

7How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If it is deleted, access records (IP, date and time) are kept for 6 months, as Brazil's Internet Civil Framework requires, and then erased.

8Your rights

Under the LGPD you can ask to confirm and see your data, correct anything wrong, take your data to another service, and delete your account and data. Ask through a Discord ticket: we answer within 15 days.

9Minors

The minimum age is 13. Anyone under 18 should only use MuDivine, and especially donate, with permission from a parent or guardian.

10Security

We protect data with access restricted to the staff and a secure connection on the site. Help us too: use a password that is only yours and that you do not use anywhere else.

11Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and announced on Discord.
