Open DiscordHow to open a ticket
- Join our Discord.
- In the tickets channel, click Abrir ticket (Open ticket).
- Choose the reason and tell us what happened.
Support reasons
- Bug or Support (Bug ou Suporte)
- Technical problem, error or game question.
- Purchases (Compras)
- Donations, DivinePoints, VIP and refunds.
- Complaint (Reclamação)
- Conduct of a player or the staff, or an unfair situation.
- Partnership (Parceria)
- Partnership and collaboration proposals.
- Privacy
- See, correct or delete your data (use the Outro reason).
To get help faster. Send your account login, character name and, if you can, a screenshot. The staff will never ask for your password.
