1Donations and DivinePoints

Donations are voluntary and help keep the server running. Each donation becomes DivinePoints, DivineCash, DivineCoin or another game-related currency on your account.

2When you get a refund

You can change your mind within 7 days of the donation, as long as none of the currency received from that donation was used. In that case we return the full amount, through the same payment method.

If the currency never reached your account, open a ticket: we deliver it or return the money.

3When there is no refund

• More than 7 days after the donation.
• When the corresponding currency has already been used, even partly.
• When the account was penalized for breaking the Terms of Service.
• For in-game losses: death, failed item upgrades, Chaos Machine or trades between players.

4How to ask

Open a ticket on our Discord under Compras (Purchases), with:

• your account login;
• the date and amount of the donation;
• the receipt and payment method.

We review it within 7 business days. Once approved, the time for the money to return depends on the payment method: Pix is usually the same day, and cards can take up to two billing cycles.

5Disputes and chargebacks

Disputing a donation with your bank or card issuer without talking to us first locks the account until the case is settled. Donations made with someone else's card or account without permission lead to a ban.

6Minors

If someone under 18 donated without permission, a parent or guardian can ask us to review the case through a ticket, even after the 7-day period.
